Hi everyone and welcome to my blog. Today I'm going to share about the course how we strategic thinking. This training is to designed for senior managers to help them identify and plan the future strategy of their organization, help them understand current structures and challenges, as well as to forecast changes needed, to be fit for the future. This is online training was initiated by IMD SINGAPORE. So far, they have held many online courses, which gives them plenty of experience.

The objective of the online course:
